Our Training and Testing Policies
  1. The SOFEI Group, Inc. follows Prince George's County's inclement weather policy. If schools are closed, training and scheduled testing are cancelled. If schools start two-hours late scheduled training is cancelled; however, scheduled testing will begin two-hours late.

  2. Pre-registration and payment are required for all training and testing. Payments by check or money order should be made payable to: The SOFEI Group, Inc. and mailed to 7045 Berry Road, A5, Suite 334, Accokeek, MD 20607 five-days prior to scheduled training.

  3. Workshop and testing fees is per person unless (otherwise specified).

  4. Refunds will be issued for training and testing cancelled by The SOFEI Group, Inc.

  5. A $35 charge will apply to all returned checks for insufficient funds.

  6. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of each workshop or testing and bring proper identification (e.g., driver's license).

  7. If you need to cancel your training or testing, please fax a letter to 240.273.9529 at least three business days prior to scheduled training or testing so that we may offer your space to another individual. No refunds will be issued. We will provide you with a credit that may be applied to a future workshop or testing.

  8. Individuals that miss a workshop or testing without prior notification will not be issued a refund or credit.

  9. The SOFEI Group, Inc. does not sell or provide workshop training material to non-registrants.
